In addition to his Applied Real Estate License, Peter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communications from Brock University.  Through his breadth of education and years of professional experience, Peter has achieved an impressive portfolio of skills and expertise that give him a unique perspective in marketing homes in Vancouver.

Strategically aligned with Remax Crest Realty Westside, Peter Raab works with a global network of professionals throughout the Sutton Group system. Peter also recognizes the enormous advantage of internet marketing and thus his team is continuously working to drive potential buyers to his website. The result has been very inspiring both for Peter and his clients as all his properties are marketed not only locally but are globally seen by thousands of potential buyers a day.

Between 2006 and 2010 Peter sold his listings on average, in 16 days at 102% of the listing price! The results speak for themselves.

In 2006 & 2007 Peter earned the Presidents Gold Award.  In 2008 & 2009 Peter received the prestigious Directors Platinum Award and became a Medallion Club award member which ranks him in the top 10% of all Vancouver realtors.

Community 

Peter donates a portion of his earning to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. This non-profit organization is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for children's hospitals across North America. Each year, the 170 hospitals in the network provide the finest medical care, life-saving research and preventative education to help millions of kids overcome diseases and injuries of every kind. Peter feels passionate about this organization, and recognizes the importance or raising funds and awareness on its behalf. 

Play

When Peter is not helping his clients, you'll find him basking in his other passion in life, surfing.
He spends most of his free time on the west coast of Vancouver Island in Ucluelet (Ukee), surfing all the local beaches and enjoying the serenity of the coast. 
As the year draws to a close and the chilly fall rains begin, Peter often heads south to Costa Rica for an extended period to refuel and revitalize. 
Along with surfing, he also enjoys heading up to Whistler and charging deep powder lines on his snowboard, something he's been enjoying for over 20 years now. In order to maintain his active lifestyle, Peter regularly practices power vinyasa style yoga. This has enabled him to keep loose and injury free, as well as keeping his mind clear and focused.
